PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Courses:
A fee for each 6 week Course (£95 per person) booked, payment must be paid in full in advance before/on the first lesson of each course by cash, cheque (payable to "CLUB SEMLEY DANCE ACADEMY" )or online at http://www.clubsemleydance.co.uk/ or http://www.clubsemley.com/ or http://www.clubsemley.co.uk/ (we accept all major debit/credit cards, payment via PayPal service). If paying per class for the course, £20 will be the charge per class payable at each class taken.
Lack of payment after the first week of each course may result in a person being not allowed to take part in the course.
* Returned cheques will incur a £25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
Classes:
The fee per class (other than and including a single course class) is payable in full at the class you have booked either prior to or at the end of the class.
Packages & Workshops:
The fee is payable in full per package and workshop either prior to or at the end of the package or workshop.
Private Lessons:
The fee is payable in full per lesson booked either prior to or at the end of the lesson.
Cancellation Policy:
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ?text message' and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy:
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

ORGANISER
The Organiser of the Course is Club Semley Dance Academy, 1 Semley Road, Norbury, SW16 4PS
The Organiser may employ and hire contractors and sub-contractors as well as paid and voluntary staff in order to realise the aims and objectives of the Course.
PARTICIPANTS
Participants will be men and women without any age restrictions apart from the minimum age which is 16.
Participants can take part in all activities of the Course.
REFUND POLICIES
Full refund will apply when the Course is cancelled or re-arranged/postponed so that the participants cannot take part in it.
Limited refund will apply when the participant cancels the participation in the Course before the start date of the Course once the fee has been already paid.
Cancellation fee of £10 will be deducted from the participation fee to be refunded in that situation to cover administration and banking expenses.
No refund will be made to the participant cancelling his/her attendance in the Course once the Course started.
No refund will be given to the participant asked by the Organiser or any staff member to leave the Course due to not obeying the rules of proper behaviour.
In specific situations the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Course, part of it (session or class), change the venue or date of the Course. In the event of any cancellation all participants will receive the refund of the participation fee (it refers to the whole Course) or equivalent for each cancelled part of the Course.
SAFETY
The Organiser will make every effort to run all activities safely and securely. No third parties or persons without consent of the Organiser are allowed to take part in the Course.
Physical contact may be necessary by members of the teaching staff. Participants can discuss this matter with the Organiser before or during the Course.
Participants are responsible for their behaviour during the Course and may be liable for any damages to the premises, equipment or any other person.
Participants are advised not to attend the Course if they are aware of any injury/illness and other conditions which may affect their participation in the Course. Otherwise they may only attend the Course at their own risk.
All participants are advised to insure themselves in the event of medical treatment, hospitalisation, and inability to take part in activities due to injury/illness or personal or family reasons.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
By registering online, at registration desk during the Course, by post or telephone, the applicants confirm that they read and accepted all terms and conditions of the Course.
The Organiser reserves the right to hold all information about the participants in order to run the activities of the Course and to carry out the business. Information about the Organiser's customers will never be disclosed to any third parties except where the law allows and requires. In any other situations the participants will be asked to give permission to use personal information.
The Organiser reserves the right to record videos, take photographs and other media materials, and publish them on Club Semley Dance Academy website or use in all other marketing purposes without prior consent of the participants. The applicants not accepting this condition are advised not to attend the Course or are advised to discuss this matter with the Organiser.
Participant's parents, family members or other third parties may record videos or take photographs only with the prior written consent of the Organiser.
