- HOW DOES 'OFF THE RACK' WORK?
OFF THE RACK works like 'Catalogue Shopping' for Latin & Ballroom dresses. If you see a dress you like advertised on OFF THE RACK, that means it is still available to buy.
You then send us an email stating which dress you would like to buy and we will let you know payment details etc. & the dress could be in your hands within a few days.
- SIZING GUIDE
The dresses that are advertised on OFF THE RACK generally fit UK size 8-10. Bear in mind that the fabric used for the dresses is STRETCH fabric and therefore could fit up to size 12. The measurements are usually 'standard' measurement of 34-26-34/36. If the dress comes up 'small', it will state so on the dress details.
- CAN YOU TRY THE DRESS ON BEFORE YOU BUY?
At the moment OFF THE RACK does not have any fitting facilities however, we hope that this may change in the near future. If you feel that you would like to try the dress on before you buy the dress, the process is as follows:
1) Buyer to send full payment of the dress via BANK TRANSFER to OFF THE RACK bank account (details to be provided via email)
2) Once payment has been confirmed, we will send the dress to you
3) We will allow the Buyer 3 working days to decided if they wish to buy the dress. After this time, there will be NO refund if the dress is not returned to OFF THE RACK within 3 working days.
4) If the dress is returned to us and is NOT in the same condition that it was sent to the buyer, no refund shall be given.
5) OFF THE RACK will upon return of the unwanted dress/es transfer the payment directly back to the Buyer within 2 days of receiving the unwanted dress/es back.
Should facilities become available for you to try on any of the dresses, we will do our best to do this for you.
- WHAT CONDITION ARE THE DRESSES IN?
All 'used' dresses at OFF THE RACK are Nicole's own personal collection of dresses that she has worn for demonstrations. They have only been worn a very few times and are in excellent condition.
Any other dresses advertised on OFF THE RACK are BRAND NEW dresses that Cara & Nicole have designed and are now selling.
